Revisiting Grammatical versus Pragmatic Competence in Learning a Language

This study aims to revisit the difference between grammatical and pragmatic competence in language learning. paper design is library research by studying books, journals, literature, notes, reports related competence. The data sources for this project report are relevant books previous studies form of journal articles about Result stated that knowing only or rules without when where must be applied insufficient. It addresses not grammar but also meaning. could imply there should more practice exercises identifying errors. teachers then encourage their students aware errors treat them seriously. As a result, has brought issue light may aid learners developing ability.
